Well well well... A little bit of juicy gossip for you all. PDUK are subject to yet another FCA investigation, about how they are handling historic complaints. I wonder who could have triggered that???
Watch this space for automatic refunds being processed in the near future.0 -
Where is this news jackster123, on line or in a newspaper????????????:rotfl:0

I have ways of making them talk!!
I dragged it out of an FOS adjudicator earlier. I dont think its real news yet.
We were chatting about how much worse they have got, ignoring us, FOS, not defending claims etc. She said they havent got the time or the staff because FCA are all over them. She was ace, she might be my favourite so far!
The investigation isnt complete, and who knows how long it will take, but they are deep in the doo doo!0 -
Brilliant jackster123. PDUK can p-ss of- back down their hole in the ground where they came from.:mad:0

Adjudicator in my qq/p2p case has not found in my favour
I thought this was a strong case so bit disapointed.
Still waiting for my compensation from PDUK and PDExpress for not giving me info in 8 weeks as instructed by the adjudicator. Have a complaint against PDUK at the ombudman and a complaint against Satsuma as they didn't respond within the timeframe.
I'm going to ask for the ombudsman to look at my qq/p2p claim but not holding out much hope. Pdexpress still haven't sent me my loan info - going to look through my credit report and try to get a complaint in.Growing old is mandatory:

Thats a shame Maddie but definitely esculate to the ombudsmen, he may see things different0

Yes Maddie57, try the Ombudsman and try to add more information to support your complaint, you may have forgotten to tell the adjudicator.:cool:0

How long have people had to wait from when the adjudicator passes the case on to an ombudsmen to hear anything?0

Hi Delete33
Thanks for you message, Just to let you and everyone know, as you said, i received the following questionnaire today from QQ ;
1. what was your income per paycheque at the time of your loan
2. what were your monthly expenses at the time of the loans, mortgage rent etc
3.did you use a website template ? if so, please provide name of the website
4. did you tell us you were facing financial hardship ?
5. please provide bank statements from the time of your loans
6. please provide payslips from the time of your loans
Theres a lot of work here but owing to my anticipated Ombudsman review (cant imagine i'm getting 8k back!) Do i fill this out ? any advice ?
Thanks again0 -

you can answer them it doesn't make much difference I wouldn't provide bank statements though just give them your info as honestly as you think is relevant to your case.
I prepare all of mine into case files, break down of the costs etc, you'll have a grateful ombudsman for doing this as my statements and expectations are very clear.
I know how much I paid and how much I want back
I have proven the unaffordability and poor lending criteria.
I did this with peachy refund £452 quid for a years worth of loans all interest and charges.
I was honest stating I had loans in 2015 but my circumstances changed financially and this is why I did not claim for that year.
I emailed peachy seperately asking as a gesture of good will to my self to remove all loan entries from credit files.0
