Yep. Service access roads that the Highways works vehicles and emergency services use. These are not public rights of way.Car_54 said:OK, is there any other way you can reverse onto the M25 from somewhere other than a public highway.?

So why would I need a sac based on that info?macman said:Car-54 has it. No fast lane...
IIRC, some people thought that, if you were doing 60-70mph, and the inner lane was clear, you should still sit in the middle or r/h lane, because that was reserved for 'fast' traffic...
And one thought that the inner lane was restricted to 60mph...0 -
You don't, since you subsequently answered your own question, despite saying you didn't know the answer...Scrapit said:

I didnt know the difference. Main reason being there isnt a difference. One of the things you mentioned doesn't exist. Maybe you need another course?macman said:

Oh come on. Speed limits in the UK are probably from the most ridiculous in the world. 40mph limit on a road with two lanes in each sense separated by a wide grass area in the middle is an authentic joke, you see that kind of stuff everywhere.
I agree wholeheartedly.Sadly neither of us have any say in the matter, so accept the consequences, or dont take the risk.I have'nt been caught speeding for over a decade, last time it was £38, I speed every time I go out on my motorbike.
