The whole doc is 51 pages of utter BS and a waste of words and ink. They emailed the WS, otherwise I would have taken a photo and uploaded it will crop but there's no info of who the (para) legal is, it's written by Bank Park's Director, someone called  Ashley Kelly - he/she is also the one who signed the last page of the WS.
He states he 'might' not be able to make the hearing - in reality it was written by dcb for him

Para 12 of  C  WS  -  "It is evident from the photographic evidence exhibited to this Statement at “EXHIBIT 3” that the driver entered the Land at 15:53......."

Seems to be different in:-

"19. The case is simple. The ANPR cameras recorded the Vehicle entering the Land at 15:56........."

Whatever you used to decode the pdf has corrupted the Optical Character Recognition conversion, making it unreadable.

We need to see a legible copy of the alleged contract in order to help you.

 I make that 28 mins.

But they say:-

"Rule 18 – The fact the driver remained on the Land for 1 hour and clearly benefited from using the the car park means my Company fulfilled its obligations;"
