    Could someone be so kind to post a link to the Newbies thread, I'm looking for bargepole's 'what happens next' thread.
    I wanted to double-check whether the Cs are responsible for sending the 'electronic bundle'
    Note: I have already sent my WS and Defence to both the court and the Cs solicitor via email. My hearing will be conducted via MS teams
    Please see below order received last Wendnesday - thanks

    You were given a link to the NEWBIES five minutes after you started this thread last July. bargepole's guide to court is in the second post of the NEWBIES.

    4) isnt clear but it IS clear it is A bundle, and the usual procedure in absence of anything else is the represented party compiles the bundle, and if neither is rep'd then the active party - the claimant - has that duty
    So I would tell the solicitort here is my bundle, in accordance with teh order of X date please compile the single bundle for the court and file according to its direc tions. Please ensure I have a copy of the final bundle as well
    That last is key
    You then check to make sure these people that are paid to beat you have accurately and legibly filed ALL of your docs.
  • Has anyone ever had a 'Draft Order'  emailed with the Bundle to them by the scammer's solicitors? 😮
    This happened about 5 minutes ago 😂
    Seems like scare tactics to me

    'Draft Order' for what?  Fish and chips?  We're asked some impossible questions at times. I really should get the crystal ball fixed!
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    A draft order is a wish list, usually asking the court/judge to do something. You can send your own asking for the case to be struck out. The judge will decide whether to pay attention to either order or not.

    Thanks @Fruitcake, it just seemed a bit odd. So the 'draft order they put together said:

     IN THE THE COUNTY COURT AT CREWE

    CLAIM NUMBER:

    BETWEEN:-

    Bank Park Management Limited

    CLAIMANT

    AND

    DEFENDANT

    Before District Judge ____________________________________

    Upon considering the Claimant’s Claim issued on 8th July 2020 and the Defendant’s Defence dated 3rd August 2020 , it is hereby ordered as follows:-

                    i.      The Defendant’s Defence is hereby dismissed;

                  ii.     Judgment for Claimant in the sum of £259.29   payable within 14 days;

                iii.     The Defendant do pay the Claimant’s costs of advocate attendance in the sum of £180.00 payable within 14 days;
