Help/Advice needed regarding PCN

I'm currently defending a PCN claim after having been sent a claim form from Northampton County Court last week for a PCN almost 3 years old. The company making the claim is Bank Park. The AOS has been completed and sent, my next point of action was to send a SAR to the car parking company - which I did. The email simply asked for all the data they held about me including letters and alleged PCNs. The car park company responded and asked for the vehicle registration - is it reasonable for me to provide that information (it seems like answering a question with a question)

What is the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?
Upon what date did you file an Acknowledgment of Service?
The MCOL claim history will have the definitive answer to that.4 -

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up later this year,
Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these companies, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
And HOW did you file it? Hopefully online
You dont have to provide them your VRM, but theres no reason not to.3 -

...the issue date is 08 July 2020I filed it online on the July 19th.
With a Claim Issue Date of 8th July, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 10th August 2020 to file your Defence.
That's over two weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.4
