I have 100% win rate in court.  I turn up in person for people in Sussex.

This forum has a 99% win rate for ordinary people following our advice in court.

Even the 1% who lose pay LESS than the claim.  There is no fine. You need to trust us more.

Because you've spent a good part of your life on here racking up huge post counts means you know who is who, who to believe and what has happened in the past. My post count is in single numbers so I have no idea. You've probably forgotten what it's like to be new here.
Anyhow thanks for the advice so far (apart from the bit about Covid19, !!!!!!?) i'll read back and try to understand it, there is a lot of abbreviations and technical jargon in there I have no idea what are. I'm looking to get a mortgage and other stuff so understandably I don't really want a CC judgement against me and a damaged credit rating.

The fifth post of the NEWBIES thread will help with that.

As you rightly say , you are a newbie here so everyone who has contributed to your thread has posted excellent advice so far , as they have done on hundreds of threads on here already , or thousands of threads in some cases

As a newbie , the top thread in announcements is for newbies , and is the newbie FAQ sticky thread which we hope and ask everyone to read , to get up to speed on the basics , scroll down to the fifth post which is where coupon mad has posted the common acronyms , hence why we use them

Nobody on here wants your credit rating affected , which can only happen if you lost in CC County Court and failed to pay the J for Judgment within one month , in full , typically around £200 for a loss , paying promptly in full expunges the CCJ completely and therefore has no effect on your credit rating. Neither does a win or a discontinuation either , so unfounded fears

I did not understand the covid reference but it has had a dramatic effect on all courts and procedures , so must be taken into account. There are various Nightingale courts being setup for cases that don't require holding cells etc , like civil disputes etc so don't be surprised if it was one of those , or a video hearing , or a telephone hearing , although a court case is a long way off

Out of interest their latest letter sites the ParkingEye Vs Beavis 2015 case as something I should look at: https://www.parkingcowboys.co.uk/parkingeye-vs-beavis/
I did a search on here as thought it would have been discussed already, but couldn't see it.

Beavis is mentioned in every defence and most threads. We followed the case from start to finish and I know Barry Beavis as part of an email group.  The Beavis case was bad but it is also why parking firms can't add £60 on top of a parking charge (explained in our template defence - near to top sticky thread).

I'm looking to get a mortgage and other stuff so understandably I don't really want a CC judgement against me and a damaged credit rating.
Nor do we, and we don't put any posters (ever) at risk of a CCJ.

Discussed to death on here and many of us contributed to his failed appeal at the COA

Eventually it went to the Supreme court  and is where a lot of the present topics originate

It was in the news , on the TV , in the papers , very well publicised , although most of it does not apply to your case on airport land , his was an overstay on a retail park with 2 hours free parking and also where POFA applied because the land was not subject to bylaws

We still win 99% of cases going back to at least 2016 on here so (somewhat surprisingly) the Beavis case hasn't damaged defences.
