We was asked for latest wage slips.bec820 said:
What documents have they asked for please? I'm concerned that we will be asked for more because we have had 2 more paydays each since our application.Tonyw193 said:We asked the MB if there had been any updates today. Been told that the valuation is fine, however theyve asked for more documentation. Hopefully thats all they need now. Just hoping its not going to be long for them to look at it although website stating 9 days.
We had sent in Augusts with our application, and they asked for Septembers last week, not heard anything since.

Theyve asked for another bank statement for the full of August. This is because it didn't show the salary going into the account, due to the date we applied. They only asked for my partners and not mine and ive had another payday since we submitted.bec820 said:

We lost out on the house because of the £14,000 down valuation. Gutted!
Does anyone know if we can continue the application with a different property or would we have to start again. Also has anybody had any success on here appealing the valuation and how successful were they?Nationwide Application / Joint FTB / 85% LTV

I'm not sure I'm afraid, they are quite quick at answering the chat so would be worth trying to contact them. 0 -

Ah what a nightmare! Im not to sure to but have you had a homebuyers report completed separately by any chance? I was just thinking i wonder if they have also valued the property, to make a comparison. Also do you know if it was a physical valuation or a desktop. If ifs a desktop you may be able to push them to actual do a physical one due to the condition ect. Hopefully you can get it resolved.LZRBOI said:We lost out on the house because of the £14,000 down valuation. Gutted!

My MB has just emailed me, she has been in touch with NW. We are in a queue (yet again) and we should hear by close of business tomorrow.
Won't hold my breath, keeping everything crossed though, can't bear another weekend waiting. Good luck to everyone!40% LTVNationwide Application

Spoke with nationwide on phone this morning and they wanted bank statements for my partner (seems to have issues with all his documents!) and a form from our broker. Did you ask them why a valuation hasnt been booked? I read someone in this forum one of those applying was self employed so they done all of the under writing first and then the valuation. It just seems like its going to take forever for you. As they state 10 days just to view the valuation reporthburnett163 said:Spoke with nationwide on phone this morning and they wanted bank statements for my partner (seems to have issues with all his documents!) and a form from our broker.
