2 x Anadin ultras & 2 bottles of powerade. The anadins work fast on your headache & the powerade re-hydrates you. Even better if you can follow the above with a couple of hours kip, then a quick walk round the block in the fresh air.
I don't do hangovers any more - I can't handle them. I seem to have developed a "sufficient alcohol" threshold & stop drinking just before I have enough to cause a hangover. It's taken years of practice though!!

i've been trying for years to learn my threshold, but then i break all the rules. my own fault.0

nind you off to shop in minitue, might try it with diet coke. :-/0 -
Diet Coke not as good - you need to sort out your blood sugar levels, which are depleted with alcohol. Plus, fizzy drinks are a diuretic - not a great idea when you are already dehydrated. Let it go a bit flat or choose something still.0

something still and full of sugar. right will do that. thanks for all the tips. will let you know how i feel later.0

A massive fried breakfast at the local Little Chef (using half-price voucher) to soak up all the alcohol, satisfy those hunger-pangs which always come with over-doing it, and get rid of that horrible taste in your mouth.
Perhaps not the healthiest cure, but it always works for me, especially followed by a nice long snooze.
