Use a different web browser for each application.  For example, if you used Google Chrome for yours, then use Microsoft Edge for your wife.  Different browsers won't cross-pollinate data.

    Hi,

We do currently not have an iOS app. You can complete the form using your browser from your mobile: spth.gob.es

If you wish, currently you can also fill in the form in paper. Your airline should provide you one in your flight, and in any case you will have forms available at the Spanish airport at your arrival. You can fill this data handwritten, and it will be scanned into the system, to be part of the Spain Travel Health program, and protect your health, and the health of others.

Cut and pasted from their email reply.
The lack of an IOS app does not appear to be concentrating their minds on that issue.
When you consider the number of Apple devices that travellers to Spain will be trying to use you would have thought this has to be an immediate priority for action ?

It is not really much of an issue as Apple users can go to the website they've given.  There would be more of a problem if iphones were unable to fill in the form.

Yes i agree, but the information has all ready been cross pollinated and the spanish web site will not allow another attempt to submit it.

We have filled in the form that the web site sent us so that should speed things up at the airport , i filled it in with a pen but would liked to have typed it in but the form they have supplied is downloadable but not able to modify ( type in the info )
I might try scanning it on my printer and see if i can get it onto Windows Word and from there can type in the answers so making it easier to scan in to the system at the airport.
Any ideas on how to do this by someone with more tech brains  will be appreciated

That's not the point - the Spanish government should have ensured the Apple app was operational before flagging it up on the website. Or at the very least give a indication as to when it was expected to be in service.

Well i have managed to type in the info onto the form ,downloaded the form ,scanned it to my computer as a pdf document and downloaded Foxit reader ,uploaded the document in the program and typed in the info so better to scan in Spain although time consuming ,you have to highlight each space and type a letter in ,but it will get us into Spain so job done.

Yes cannot do anything else regarding her application, i am sure when we land in Gran Canaria we will not be the only ones without the gizmo on our mobile phones as last time we went in February the bulk of people on the plane were of a certain age ,ie pensioners .Mind i should watch what i say as i have just celebrated my 70th birthday today ( if celebrate is the right word ).
