Other opinions are available, but I wouldn't want to tip them off.
Are you getting anywhere with enforcement action? Again, you can't have any fun if they suddenly wake up and pay youI married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -
You check ita vcs by going to do a bank transfer and it will do "confimation of payee check"
Should be vcs
Then apply to the court and bingo4 -
You're not making a claim. You've won. You enforce it. Don't keep delaying.4

Make them pay every penny, add interest at 8% paYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

Does this sound reasonable to send to VCS? I was debating whether "- Pending" should be on the end of the subject or not.I am planning on emailing it to litigation@vehiclecontrol.co.uk, simonrs@excelparking.co.uk, info@vehiclecontrol.co.uk(I found SRS email address on the !!!!!! which I have found to be correct in other occasions I have had to email the CEO of companies, I can't fimd an email address for the other director listed on Companies House, Karen Gillott)
Subject:- Warrant of Control for Claim Number XXXXXX - Pending
Body:-
The payment of £95 as ordered by District Judge Heppell sitting at the County Court of Sheffield on 7th January 2021, and confirmed on the General Form of Judgment or Order dated 21st January 2021 for Claim Number XXXXXXX has not been received and is overdue. A copy of the General Form of Judgment or Order is attached.
The court has confirmed this was due 14 days from the date on which the order was drawn (email attached).
If payment is not received with 7 days from the date of this email an application for a Warrant of Control will be submitted to the courts at which point an additional cost of £77 for court fees will become due as well as any fees applied by the Crown Court Bailiffs in the execution of their duties to recover the full £172.
A copy of the application for the Warrant of Control (unsigned) is attached and ready to submit to the courts should payment not be received with 7 days.

I think pending is fine
Stop worrying and send. You have the upper hand here, you are in charge.4 -
Crown court bailiffs?
I honestly dont know why your not going for the third party. Far more effective.3 -
The devil in me would add something about the risk of getting a CCJ etcetera, lifted direct from one of their scamvoices.
My question though is, do you have to send them a warning shot across their bows, or can you just go straight for court appointed bailiffs or whatever is needed for collection of the debt?I married my cousin.
