Yes that’s where I got the links in my post above from but I don’t know the where for all’s of what applies to my situation and what to do. It doesn’t actually explain the process simply.

You write to VCS giving the court reference and order to pay you the amount.
You then give them 7 days to pay you failing which you will instruct the court to collect the debt on your behalf which will include costs

Simple, VCS know the drill, they have received many such letters to pay a debt

I was meaning if they still don’t pay, what is the procedure, cost and how and what forms to fill in etc.? I’d ideally like to send them a form all prepared ready to submit to the court if they still don’t pay up, so as to show I mean to do it.
  • Warrant of Control is the next step
Thanks, I just wanted to confirm the terminology in the email.
So VCS would have to pay £95, plus £77 refund of warrant of control fee I would have to pay upfront, plus any other bailiff fees that they may add on top?

garnishee/third party debt order :p would actually cause them more hassle as it would freeze that bank account I believe pending any hearing :)
