You then give them 7 days to pay you failing which you will instruct the court to collect the debt on your behalf which will include costs
Simple, VCS know the drill, they have received many such letters to pay a debt4 -

I was meaning if they still don’t pay, what is the procedure, cost and how and what forms to fill in etc.? I’d ideally like to send them a form all prepared ready to submit to the court if they still don’t pay up, so as to show I mean to do it.beamerguy said:
