If you want exposure to airlines and travel industry and do not have much time to research do not have any idea of when to sell or buy it back and where to set the stop loss than buying Airlines ETF might be a better. In this case JETS currently making a significant dip
I myself do not own this ETF as I prefer to hand pick it by myself looking into the stocks who have the strongest balance sheet and making the dip due to overreaction from investors.
Just to remind you that most of airlines and travel stock is very volatile, so it is important that you set up a stop loss and DYOR.

S&P 500 one week performance. Fear of omicron new covid19 variant. Also FED just said that the inflation is not transitory and need to start tapering sooner rather than later. People who fear of the things like this should not be getting involve in investing in an individual high growth stock. Better put the money into bond or saving account. You could aso take advatage by doing investing in inverse ETF (e.g you are betting that the stock price to fall) for short term play such as SQQQ, SPXU.

The market shell off due to omicron variant of COVID-19; fear of inflation, that will force the FED to raise the interest rate and end the tapering. But are we already on the bottom of the stock market shell off ??This extreme fear and greed index says not yet in the extreme side like the one we saw in March 2020.0

What happens next who knows ? and15th December is normally the beginning of the santa rally .If there is no special occasion or a black swan event, Historically November until April (omit February) in the following year shall be the best months for the stock Market. November is historically one of the best one which will be followed by Santa rally in December. But this year seems quite different due to fear of new variant of COVID-19; fear of inflation that will force the FED to raise the interest rate and to speed up the tapering.

I did look at Cineworld Group plc = 32.98 (-27.56% today) yesterday, too much debt. Will they survive, very important to the film industry, or will other cinemas just take their place or buy the buildings?

But if they survive one of the toughest stress test in history, they will be unkillable as described by Tom Lee one of the wall street analysis in Fundstrat who frequently appear on CNBC.No one knows where they are heading and when all of this COVID 19 saga will end and life back as normal as it used to be.For that reason for the stock like this imo, you will need to treat it as a different ball game. It is important to have courage to trade it, to set up a stop loss. If the stop loss is triggered reenter at lower price (if you want to), not to diamond hand it like the index funds.0

After Fridays RNS updates, has anyone considered Bidstack?
https://www.londonstockexchange.com/stock/BIDS/bidstack-group-plc/company-page
Its priced around what I would say it’s worth right now, about 4-6p, but the recent announcement was unexpected. What is unclear is the commission they will get from this new partnership.
Still very much a minnow, but at current pricing the risk / reward I think is at a good level.0 -
Inflation 39-year highFED has announced they will set up a more rapid end of monthly bond buying, and expect to stop it in march next year. They will raise interest rate three times next year. So, the inflation is not transitory but it it there to stay or even kep rising. This will hugely have impact on high growth stocks.0
