Did you not read the example I showed you earlier...where PCM were REMOVED after putting signs up. Why are you not just circulating something based on the words used in that PCM 'exact same' thread I showed you when you first posted...and encouraging the tenants to pass it to their landlords to get together and remove PCM before they start?

Okay so I need to speak to other residents basically as my next step and see if there is a consensus.
Can I just ask a few questions:
1. If I am just a tenant am I the 'leaseholder'?
2. I don't know who the landlord of my flat is. I just know that the Property Managers run the whole block of flats, but not sure if they are acting on behalf of a landlord. Is asking the PM directly the only way to obtain this information?

Whoever let you the tenancy was acting on the instructions of your landlord - the person who holds the lease to your flat. Ask your letting agent who your landlord is.

Thanks for the advice. I mean there's no need to add condescending phrases like 'of course' when someone asks a question - it may be obvious to you but won't be to everyone in such a niche topic. But thanks to those who haven't felt the need to patronise as well as advise.

I didn't mean to be condescending (sorry if so). I didn't think 'freeholder' 'leaseholder' and 'tenant' is a niche area.

I would argue 'leaseholder' and 'freeholder' are usually confined to a specific semantic field and with the word 'lease' often meaning 'hire' or 'temporarily use' it's certainly reasonable to think that it might therefore refer to the tenant.as after all, the tenant leases the property from the landlord.
Anyway, I digress. I do appreciate the advice.1 -
