POPLA Appeal unsuccessful
The final report was 2 1/2 pages long. The key point seems to be that they found the entrance sign to be acceptable, and a driver should be able to see it when they enter the site.

Unless you can get a landowner cancellation, you now go into ignore mode unless you get a court claim within six years of the original date of event.
I know the PoPLA decision you posted on the PoPLA thread is how you received it, but I doubt anyone will read the wall of text without a few paragraph breaks inserted.

As I have just emailed the manager that signed the contract with PPS London, I might wait a week or two to see if anything happens, and perhaps check up with the local MP to see if anything came of that.
What will come why way that I would need to ignore? I'm thinking I've lost the independent appeal (although I still don't agree with it), I should now pay the fine and be done with it.

see @Fruitcake 's reply above- Ignore mode.
What will come your way is debt collector letters (see Newbies). Debt collectors do not affect your credit rating and cannot seize goods. File the letters. It's a letter before claim that you need to keep an eye out for.
You don't owe anything until a Judge tells you so. What you have is still a speculative invoice from a PPC.

As it is NOT a fine, why do you think that you should pay it. IT IS A SCAMYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
It's not a 'fine' and no-one pays a tiny weeny nothing firm like PPC (London). Madness to even think about it.
Search the forum for POPLA lost - how many people do you see paying?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
