Is the code of practice for a grace period actually law that must be complied with?It will be, with whatever grace period applies when the new CoP gets introduced in a few months, but for now, yes (effectively), because Judges are applying the 'at least ten minutes' grace period and ignoring the BPA stupid '5 minutes flat or nothing' joke of one they thought was OK to slap motorists with in January 2020.
Apparently the BPA used to say 'the motorist is at the heart of our thinking'. In all the years I've done this, it's rare that I've seen much sign of that.

I have plenty of credibility (in lots of circles) but notably the person hasn't denied working for a PPC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
