Let’s hope the judge agrees with you.
Is the code of practice for a grace period actually law that must be complied with?

You don't know about OPS and Judges...do you?!  Judges are not that stupid.

It will be, with whatever grace period applies when the new CoP gets introduced in a few months, but for now, yes (effectively), because Judges are applying the 'at least ten minutes' grace period and ignoring the BPA stupid '5 minutes flat or nothing' joke of one they thought was OK to slap motorists with in January 2020.

Apparently the BPA used to say 'the motorist is at the heart of our thinking'.  In all the years I've done this, it's rare that I've seen much sign of that.

Stick around if you are prepared to learn something about the scam industry.

Why don’t people just buy a ticket when they use a car park?  Is saving a couple of quid really worth all the hassle and worry the OP is now going to have to endure?  Even with all the remarkable help from people on here?

Campaign against unfair scams by all means but how about also pointing out that simply buying a ticket for a couple of quid means you don’t fall prey to the scam in the first place.
Absolutely,  but the scam results in disproportionate charges hence why people battle them.Coupon-mad said:

The shill thing does you a disservice, try to knock it off for credibility.

I have plenty of credibility (in lots of circles) but notably the person hasn't denied working for a PPC.
    Don't make it worse. Smh.

C-M is hugely credible here. More than a know-nothing poster
Its not a comparison, just highlighting the outright stupidity of suggesting someone is a shill if they post something that the lady disagrees with. Its completely idiotic, I'm sure you'll agree, and I suspect so do they.
