No doubt when challenged these despicable Muppets will bleat on about "the signage at this site being fully audited by the BPA and has been approved", but looking at that Streetview image they will either be lying or the BPA are in on the scam. Any judge seeing that should laugh it out of court, though POPLA should stop it dead before then, scammers!

I have received the popla and they have said I have until the 27th (tomorrow) to pay the £60 or until the 10th to pay £100. When do I need to submit a popla appeal? How do I structure the appeal?
Thanks0 -
You submit the popla appeal by say day 30 following the date of the code being generated
The third post of the newbies FAQ sticky thread tells you about the process with examples
The Popla decisions thread is a good place to research winning popla appeals too
You need to be a Poirot , not a Clouseau , get the brain matter involved !!2 -

Which parking firm do you work for?
Even if you don't, your views are absolutely at odds to the clear ethos of this forum and against the view of Parliament, too. The new Act wasn't passed due to any rogue actions by drivers!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
