    'We have set out your options to make payment on the reverse side of this letter' - I'm sure they have, and that option is to pay the real instigator of the letter - Debt Recovery Plus. Plenty of previous form over the past decade for using a number of other solicitors' letterheads in sending out fake LBCs.

    Out and out debt beggar drivel - read how to deal with one of those in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, fourth post, but to save you searching for that, the advice there in one word is ...... ignore!

    Unless you want to pay them, wait to see their next move. Smart Parking don't sue, so CST won't/can't do that unilaterally. Smart Parking call the shots.

    i too have a CST Law letter before claim - due to MET parking services (I was not driver )
    how can I defend this
