You won't be able to get them to remove it, the time to dispute it was at the planning stage and when it was built.
As you've said, you didn't own it and it was built when you purchased the property. If you didn't like it, then it would have been better to find another.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
Would need to check Title Plan, but it appears to be built over the boundary. But do you really want the animosity, and 2 year legal battle, involved? After all, it was like that when you bought, so presumably you were happy with the extant of the rer garden yu were getting at that time? What's changed?1

Thanks for the reply, house was purchased without viewing, yes probably a mistake but knew was house I wanted, what's changed is bathroom is unfit for modern living it's has a sloped roof with not much height if we were looking to extend then there might be an issue0

So it isn't the house that you wanted, which you would have known if you'd viewed it....5

WOW, the comments🤣🤣, not really reckless cause if I decided to sell then I'm in profit, First time buyer yes I made mistakes but will learn for that, only asked for advice didn't realise everyone on here had small man syndrome,0

How can you be in profit? Costs a lot to sell/move. Was it really that cheap? Of course it's reckless, not sure how you think it isn't. "Buyer beware" in property law I'm afraid. Didn't your surveyor flag it up?
