this one is now on offer....merry christmas:D
just bought one of these for the outlaws pressie and obviously you have to test it first, especially as we will be expected to set it up & show them how to use it.
it works great and easy to use but we cant get it to load onto the internal memory. the book instructions do not seem to match the remote/buttons on the frame.
anyone who has one could they point me in the right direction.
thanks0 -

If it wasn't for that very feature ( or lack of it) I would recommend the Linx 8" (720x480) (reviews here)
Do you know if the Linx can be connected to a PC via USB or can you just use the slot to install a USB memory stick?0 -
I don't think you can connect the computer direct to it,
it has the wrong sort of USB connector for that I would say
I know I did connect a USB stick and that worked fine, and I also tried to connect a USB external drive to it, but it was unable to read anything of that0 -
For those intrested in the Phillips 7" frames, which are normally £100+
I saw that toys 'r us do them for (IIRC) £79 - had them on show on the shelf although had no actual stock in our store anyway
had a couple of others too - just never thought of them for frames till then0 -

I was thinking the same as yourself but don't have a cable handy to test it out.
I'm sure I read somewhere you can insert a SD card for example and a USB stick and toggle between the two, tried this and it wouldn't work, not a big deal was just seeing what you could and couldn't do.
Are these bad for dead pixels, this one has a dead one out the box0 -
Re - AutoRun
Those Misco ones look identical ( picture wise / spec wise) to the 2 I got last year, and they do Auto run, but we would need Rawy to confirm0 -

I did do that to - and that did work for me, have to press a key on remote for it to switch
No dead pixels noticed on mine so far0 -
Please can anyone tell me how to add sub-titles on a Digital Photo frame. I have Kodak SV710 digital frame.0
