UKPC Appeals - online form not working

I've tried to submit my appeal online, complying with the appeal character size and attachment format, however it just informs me I have too many characters and the attachment (the supporting photos) isn't the correct format, which it is - a PDF.  Any ideas? Is this intentional to get me to print and send a paper form that might "get lost in the post" and that I'd have to put a stamp on.  I don't intend to give a penny of my money to this organisation.  My hours of wasted time has been sufficient to send my blood pressure sky high!

Are you referring to the initial appeal to UKPC, or the second appeal to POPLA?

The initial appeal to UKPC. I've now reduced the text even further and it's accepting it. Still can't attach a PDF attachment so I guess the sizes they state aren't accurate. They also allow you to "add more" so I tried uploading them individually but that doesn't work.

    Be careful!

As soon as you change things on UKPC's page, it defaults back to 'DRIVER' which of course you are not ticking.  You are sending just the blue template appeal on day 26 (after a windscreen PCN) like the sticky thread tells you, yes?

So what's the attachment?  A receipt or blue badge, or permit?  Be careful not to add words that suggest the appellant was driving.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I received an ANPR capture with a NtK within 14 days after the parking event.
Yes I've noticed the little glitch with the default to driver which I have to keep changing to registered keeper.
I'm attempting to attach signage pics which I've pasted into a Word doc. seeing as it won't let me add more than one individual jpeg.

It won't help one bit sending photos to UKPC, all PPCs routinely reject initial appeals, save your photos for POPLA.

Why aren't you following the advice on here, it tells you what to do and why, attaching photos etc at this stage is just a waste of time.

Are you not using the blue text initial appeal from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, first post?
This one, inserting details including unclear signage.  I have to cut the characters down quite a lot to enable it to fit in the online appeal form.

Where did you get that template?  It is not the one in the NEWBIE sticky.

    No, not that one.

Instead use the one in the first post of the NEWBIES thread.
