If you didn't raise 'no landowner authority' in your appeal (how did you miss it from the templates in the NEWBIES) then POPLA won't look at that. Surely your POPLA appeal is NOT just a one trick pony, given the time taken to put together templates for everyone to use at POPLA stage? Please reassure us!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
