Bungalow not selling, what would you do?

Couldn't agree more, Crashy. Bungalows have a long history of selling far more easily than houses-----and the post-pandemic won't change that.Crashy_Time said:Patience will be key IMO.0 -
Except we are hearing in this thread that bungalows are not selling? I wouldn`t bet just yet on what the post-pandemic will look like, there are serious shocks to the economy on the way IMO.coachman12 said:

You may be right when it comes to many aspects where we are going to see big changes, Crashy, but there has always been such a huge demand for bungalows , especially from the retired, and a real shortage of bungalows ( relatively) in the UK that I don't think the apocalypse will alter the bungalow market at all, even though their prices may be one of the areas where you envisage the likely changes you ( and me too to an extent ) can see coming.Crashy_Time said:

A serious slowdown will alter the bungalow market in that many people won`t be able to sell up to buy a bungalow, and most won`t have the cash to do it without selling another property, and certainly most don`t want to be landlords/2nd property owners if they are older? Basically all sales get hit if things freeze up.coachman12 said:
