Thanks Bob and welcome home!!!!...I hope your energy levels come back soon. It's hard to leave family behind I guess.
I suspect the CEO won't answer either but will let you know if they do.0 -
Hi everyone....came home from a quite busy morning to find water dripping from the bedroom ceiling and a few cracks in it!!!!..so have had to phone the insurance. We've had torrential rain here since the early hours of this morning. The surveyor company have phoned me back and will phone to arrange an appointment within 48 hours...to say when the surveyor will be coming.(as long as I have a valid claim)...the insurance girl did say that they can't check todays weather until tomorrow.!!!!....
Apart from that nothing happening around here.No post today which is unusual....awaiting reply from CEO of Halifax(yes right...like he cares..LOL)....awaiting letter for appointment for DH for his injuries and awaiting for loss of earnings and other bits and bobs....hopefully they will start to come through soon.
Hope everyone is having a good day.0 -

I have had dealings like that with insurance last year..PITA but when it is sorted you will feel ok..but it just seems to mount up when you can do without it!
Hope today is better for you.

Hi everyone...really quiet on the taxi today(weather too nice) but did ok because what few jobs I had were good ones.So decided to nip to the vauxhall garage as they needed to replace the fuel filler pipe(as I got the petrol pump stuck in it last week)..they also washed my car while it was there so that saved me some money.
The surveyor from the insurance phoned this afternoon and said he'd come tomorrow about 11am.
Done a couple of you gov surveys and checked banking etc...nothing else happening.
Hope you've all had a good day xx
I need to clean and hoover the house now as that bloke is coming.0 -
