Thanks everyone..haven't been in very long and am just having a cup of tea and a catch up on here before doing the washing.
had to laugh at the imported carrots at the farm shop Hypno...I hate the fact of chemicals in food ...and really would like to stay with organic...I will have to wait and see...afterall when I go away I guess that the food isn't organic anyway...if I came off organic I could save a fortune and be debt free a lot quicker. No worries at the moment as I have a load in at the moment...both freezers are quite full.
Hope you've all had a good money earning day...DH exceeded the target last night and I've took £94 today so am pleased with that...I could've stayed out later but wouldn't have seen DH....(as it happens I haven't seen him anyway as he is having a lie down before work..lol)
  • Well at least the money is coming in, i expect tonight will be good especially if it is raining........

ooh.....how big does your garden need to be to grow a taxi......was just thinking I could do with a new car........how long do you reckon it would take to grow a small sports car

Could be just what us DFW'ers need!!

Thanks Bubbles...I'm thinking about growing my own veg...I'll have to look on the gardening section...I only have a back yard so if they can be grown in containers then I will grow them. It's too late to do anything this year bur will read up on it over the winter months.I am imagining that it won't be too much hard work as I haven't got to dig the land as they will be in pots.
The cow and the chicken I will have to give a miss as I'm allergic to eggs and milk ...I have soya milk.....I could eat the chicken though..yumm yumm!!!!
LOL at Hypno..if I could grow cars in the yard then I could sell them and buy all the organic stuff that I want...good idea...lol...
  • Grow your own car kits..sounds like a money winner to me! Itis now bright sunshine here, so considering my sunday evening peramble.....

Taxi, I'm sure its still possible to grow a container with quick salad crops in - check out things like lettuce, radishes, spring onions on the greenfingered forum, or the bbc website. I'm certainly going to do it, so I'll let you know how it goes.
