Our valuation was completed and received back by Santander 2 weeks ago and we are still waiting on an offer. The Broker said a week ago it's still showing as approved subject to valuation, so I've no idea what's going on.0

Yes, we are FTB with H2B.
Application submitted 22 SeptCredit checks done 23 September (1 soft, 1 hard)
Valuation completed 16 October (received back by Santander same day)
27 October 2 further credit file searches by Santander. 1 definitely a hard search.0 -

No, we are both employed. The broker can't see anything as an update other than "approved subject to valuation" and as Santander received that back 2 weeks ago we are struggling to understand what the hold up is.
Do you know if we can access the Santander tracker and enter our reference number to see exactly what's going on with our specific application?0 -

28 October but I've been told to forget projected dates due to Covid. The developer is not currently making a fuss.0

@MJT0801
Maybe wait until Tuesday then start asking them what is going on. Everyone is different, but im going to start doing that with my MB next week. I am going to be a right pain in the rear.0 -
Wondering if someone here could clarify.
My mortgage application has just came back as "application agreed". What does that mean? Everything else has been completed. My Mb is on holiday this week so cannot clarify with him directly, but I did speak to a colleague who said, that it sounds like it has gone through the UW process and it is agreement with the UW and offer should be coming shortly.0 -
