Hi all I passed the difficult challenge - eating late only snacked on a bit of carrot and grilled aubergine while cooking and then only had one piece of lasagne. I made a sausage and vege lasagne, so it had onion, pepper, aubergine, mushrooms, carrots and spinach in it, a bit of cheese so very tasty and not the cheese and meat fest it could have been.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Morning all,
Dashing out in a mo so I'll make this quick. Yesterday was fairly ok, bit too much Nibbling but I managed to compensate with a 450 exercise calorie burn from walking the dog 3 times and running around this massive house. Meals will be pretty much my usual go to for the next few days as one of the chefs is coming in this week as he has set up a take-away cordon bleu service from the house, nom nom nom, and will be using the kitchen so I made a large pot of Dahl yesterday and will heat that up for the next few nights with some greens. Its my weigh in day tomorrow but given that I'm not as my regular WI haunt I will probably have to call a sts but will check in with the scales tomorrow and make my decision then.
B - porridge and bits
S - plum
L - hummus sarnie with red cabbage slaw
S - melon
D - Dahl butternut squash and greens
P - less chocolate than I have been scoffing
Have a great day everyone

Good morning, everyone
molly wow! excellent news about your swimsuit being too large now, what a lovely thing to cheeryou up! 🏊♀️ Enjoy wearing your nice new one! I hope your migraine and tiredness have gone away. Best of luck for today 🍀
Ttb what a great loss! Well done! 👏
ditty oh, sorry, downwards trend is super 👍. I tried the NHS plan a few years ago: it wanted me to eat no more than 1300 calories a day, which was an awful faff since I cook from scratch or have salads, so weighing everything and working out the calories made me concentrate (obsess!) about food, which was counter-productive.Roundtuit well done on wearing your sensible head! 👍 keep thinking about those magnetic chubsters!
Nananibbles well done on exercise, and cooking your dahl ahead. 👍
Hoping to get in the garden today, but having done all my laundry yesterday I’ve got a basketful of ironing waiting for attention too. Must also remember to book my MoT test.🚗
Yesterday’s meals all went to plan, so that was good, and no snacks so extra good (smug emoji 😸)
Today’s meal plan
B : bacon & eggs ✅
L : chicken salad; strawberries & yogurt
D : jacket potato with lentils & Mediterranean vegetables; cherries

Morning xx
Woken up with a headache - it could be that I'm dehydrated but more likely a reaction to the sudden reduction in sugar intake with a drizzle of lack of sleep.
This too will pass - soon I hope!
Have a good week

@Blue_Doggy I cook everything pretty much from scratch as well so sugar or fatty surprises, that are not self inflicted. And yes I am trying to loose weight and sustain a lower weight so even though I'm not doing the 2/5 I make sure I have some skinny days during the week where I do extra exercise and eat lots of vege
@*zippy* congrats w 3lb happy days

Day 13 (something about the number, perhaps)
Exercise:
mainly gardening
Food:
calories - 1987 (disaster)
fruit & veg - =5 portions (including banana, pineapple, rhubarb, hazelnuts, peas)
Two days to WI. BMI is 21.7 and want to get it back down to 20.5 (ie as before lockdown) or a nice round 20.0. At one time it was 34.5 and I'm worried about fitting into my old old clothes. (Yes, I know 21.7 is "healthy weight" but I felt better when lighter.)

Hi
Well done losers, sts and fitters in of clothes. Commiserations on the gains. I’m glad your fasting trial went well tighteningthebelt.
I am feeling somewhat less fed up lol, I’ve not resorted to emotional eating which is a minor miracle. Perhaps I’ve finally sussed it never makes me feel better.
Today’s menu
Breakfast Greek yoghurt, raspberries, desiccated coconut and coffee with cream.
Lunch chipolatas, cauli cheese, sprouts and beetroot.
Dinner mixed salad leaves with coriander chilli prawns, squid, cucumber, cherry toms and spring onions.
Laters milk chocolate.
Take care all.
