Private parking ticket gone to court - Help Needed!

It was for PCM to send the joint agreed bundle, not you just send yours.  That's not what it asks for.

Did PCM's solicitor copy you into the bundle and was it complete? If they didn't email you a final complete copy (yours plus theirs, everything in one bundle) email the solicitors - I assume Gladstones - now and ask for it, by return email by 12 noon Tuesday.

Did you comply with the requirement to email your phone number to the court today?

The only thing I received from them is the bundle index, which I posted, I did ask them for a final copy which they said was attached in their last email to me but it was blank, I have just emailed them again to send me a copy.
I sent off my email and phone number a couple of hours ago along with my WS etc, as I just got home after 2 weeks away.

Make sure you have *proof* to hand of what you sent them as your bundle, in case it amazingly turns out to be incomplete, or doctored, or otherwise not what yuo actually sent them.

So I have just gone through what they had emailed to the courts, they haven't changed any text but what they have done is scan my parking permit and now they are barely readable.........I've attached what I sent and what they sent.

Its the parking permit I had from PCM, I sent them the top copy which is readable and the bottom image has been printed off and scanned, so its unreadable, this is what they sent to the courts

At the hearing, ask the Judge if they have got the clearer version you emailed, and to look at that one instead of the blurry one in the Claimant's bundle.  Easy enough to deal with.

The judge said he sympathised with me but admitting I didn't display my parking permit and saying I wasn't parked when I was he couldn't side with me.
I asked him to look at my Supplementary witness statement and the fact Annie Clark changed her name to Annie Oliver he couldn't accept any of her witness statement and it got dismissed!!!

Yesssssssssss!!! thank you so much for everyone who helped, especially Coupon-mad, who's supplementary WS changed the outcome for me, I would bloody love to buy you a pint!

I got too excited after I thought I was going to lose and I didn't ask about my Schedule of costs, does that mean I can't claim them now?
