The date on your WS (and all other docs) should be the date that you sign it.
If you sign it today, then today's date should be there.

Remember to send copies of everything to the Claimant.

What exactly would you be not agreeing with?

Don't know lol, but I don't really want to agree with anything that they think will help their case

There appears to 2 new documents:-
    (1) A "General form of Judgment or Order" dated 12 August 2020 and
    (2) A Claimant's DQ dated 20th August 2020 which could be important.

Is/are there any document(s) in that list that you think shouldn't be there? Are there any missing? Being stubborn just for the sake of it won't help you win this case.

Im not home until Monday so I can't check if I have had any post from the courts and I have no idea what the Directions Questionnaire is, they haven't sent it to me?

What would you recommend I do?

Seems like you need to see that General Form of Judgment or Order because it feels like you are having a telephone/video hearing and the order would have said that the claimant has to pull together an agreed bundle for forwarding to the court by a certain date.
For information on the DQ, check out the NEWBIE sticky or just ask Auntie Google for a N180 form.

Does the bundle include what YOU sent them on 16th August?  Have they removed anything?

The bundle is your WS and evidence plus theirs, so simply check that they've not changed your submissions/evidence or sneaked anything extra into theirs.

  • So I just got back home and opened a letter from the court to find its now a telephone hearing, I have just sent off my bundle of documents to the court, will I need to fill out a N180 form as well?
It says no later the 48 hours to send in my documents so hopefully It will still be ok.........
