That is a bog standard letter with exactly the same wording as around 240,000 similar letters we have seen. It tells us nothing about your case.

To be fair, it doesnt include a deadline to submit documents by, like most others - OP have you already submitted?

I have attached my witness statement and supplementary witness statement in the same format as @Chefdave I know I need to add a contents page and schedule of costs but wanted to get feedback on what I have done so far?

And you have a hearing time in the heading but not a date of hearing (was that just redacted so we don't see it but the date is on your actual version?).

Unless you are suing them, this is the wrong way round:

Your supplementary WS is missing a statement of truth, signature and date and your WS is missing the date of signature and don't type 'SIGNATURE HERE'.

Don't say this:

 I didn’t display my permit as it was Saturday and their sign states Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm

Say this:

Because I was unloading, I had not had time to fetch my permit from the premises but in any case, was not parking or leaving the vehicle.

DO NOT say it took ten minutes.  Look at the timings of their photos - surely they've only got two minutes?  That's what they usually do.  Therefore it was unloading that had only spanned a few minutes (not ten).

Your WS needs paragraph numbering throughout.

Remove 'SH05' here and add 'due to being wholly without merit':

I invite the Court to dismiss the claim in its entirety due to being wholly without merit, and to award my costs of attendance at the hearing, such as are allowable pursuant to CPR 27.14, SH05

Also with the links you have provided me on Supplementary Witness Statement, do I need to print off the pages they are linked to and add them on my contents page?

Supplementary has no letter 'i'.  Not in THIS context!

Why is the WS dated 26th August - it's only 9th today.

Im going to send it to the court now as i'm away until the 24th of august, I will keep you posted, hopefully with all your help I will have a chance of winning in court!
