I am back to work Weds only mornings at the moment and from home but soo happy to be going back. I have been furloughed since easter and have had some weeks of activity (exercise bike, walking & yoga) and other weeks have gone by and I have barely left the sofa. So I want to do 30mins on the exercise bike every day as I was really enjoying it.
