So I have had a request for Octobers bank statement today as I have given nov, dec and Jan but the mortgage broker said they are still waiting to here when the valuation is but the estate agent told me it was last Friday as he spoke to the company to arrange it!

I would definitely take that as a positive if they didn’t have any interest in lending you the money they would not be working extra work for themselves by asking for more statements right ? 

I know I keep thinking that but then the negative side says to me it’s a bad things!

Its so stressful

Well today we finally had our mortgage offer through 😊

I’m thinking it might be today or they will ask for my payslip which comes on Friday and then the offer through on Monday.  Its so distracting waiting 🙄

I know it begins to take over doesn’t it!

And as predicted they are not gonna do anything until they receive the wage slip and corresponding bank statement on Friday so hopefully I should get a decision by Monday

@Rc0105 hello sorry to bother you again I don’t suppose if you can remember whether Kent wanted full statements that were either downloaded or posted to you or whether they would except like mini statements or transaction lists ?  My broker is suggesting that they will not accept a mini statement it’s gonna take me another week to get hold of a full statement I’m not entirely convinced the vendor‘s gonna wait.

Hey! Don’t worry guys you will get there, congrats to the person who got there! We’re in now and it’s amazing so worth the stress! 

I sent mini statements downloaded from my banking and they were accepted! I didn’t have postal ones, so just downloaded them 😀

I just downloaded all my statements online but I didn’t do them from my actual statement date which is the 8th of the month I did them from the 1st to end of the month. Hope that makes sense!

Thankyou I’m just still waiting on a few things from the sellers solicitors and hopefully have a date soon

It sounds like you guys gave them what she says she wants or needs,  like not printouts from the actual bank it’s so frustrating because they’re not going to send me a statement outside of the statement dates if that makes sense ? I cant download them  And the vendor isn’t going to wait until mid March with no sign of an offer 😭

I do my statements from NatWest and you can’t do different dates on the app you have to got on the web version and then you can select your own date range and download them
