See the link in post #3. HMRC like all government departments have a complaints and resolution system. If you go outside of it (i.e. small claims court) it will just get binned. Stick within their system and follow the instructions.
- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
- When on someone else's be it a road, a pavement, a right of way or a property there are rules. Don't assume there are none.
- "Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere

As you do not seem to know the difference between accounts, accountants and self-assessment you are not off to a good start.
If you are a limited company you submit accounts to Companies House, that has nothing to do with the self-employed or SEISS.
If you are required to complete a Self-assessment you or your accountant does so online. Once you file those they show as received with 24 hours. If you choose to submit a paper Self-assessment then you are at the whim of Royal Mail to deliver it, which is why they should always be done online.
If you submit an invalid self-assessment it will be rejected, so it may show initially as recieved, before changing to not, in that situation HMRC will notify you by secure online message and/or post why the return was invalid and require you to submit again.
It would appear from your comments that you either did not complete the self-assessment, submitted an invalid self-assessment, submitted something totally different or did not submit anything at all, which is why you are not eligible to claim SEISS.0 -
Also for further clarity what exactly are you trying to claim, SEISS?
With MDG Entertainment Ltd. being a limited company it can not claim for SEISS. If you are the owners (there are two directors and shareholders listed on Companies House) then they are either remunerated via PAYE or dividend, neither of which count as income for SEISS.
It would appear on the face of it that you are confusing company accounts and tax filings with personal self-assessment, in which case the first thing you need to do is establish what is actually what, what you have submitted, where you have submitted it to and what, if anything you may be entitled to claim.1 -
When you file online you usually get an email receipt confirming submission with a submission referenced. Do you still have the confirmation email, it is your proof of submission (which is why it is sent)?Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
