That's what happens when you let a case get heard on the papers...so sorry but this isn't what was advised. Hopeless to get this far then miss reading an order asking whether you agreed to it being heard on the papers (you only had to reply ''no'').PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
