As Coupon-mad .... "What have you learned about that £160 sum?"

Abuse of Process by adding a fake £60 is a very powerful tool for you and BWL suffer badly from this. If the case is to be heard on papers, you have lost your voice. However, you must hope the judge is savvy on the fakery by BWL.

BWL offering that you pay £100 total is interesting because if they were 100% certain they will win, they would not offer discounts.  Heard on papers on just as dangerous for BWL.

Explains why BWLegal are offering a discount then.   Southampton for BWL will be like walking into the Lions Den, especially after Coupon-mad finished them off at the same court

Judge Taylor at Southampton is the judge you refer to

Good to hear that. I will add reference to the Southampton case for sure. With any luck they will cancel before then if they're not popular with the court here. Thanks.

It's not so much that they are not popular, BWLegal are known as abusers of process and I doubt Southampton will change their mind.   Hopefully BWL will see sense and discontinue before they get yet another spanking

  • Thanks all again. This is where i am at now, i appreciate you all have lives and no bother if you dont have time, but as always any advice appreciated. Ive highlighted sections covering the main points mentioned in my original defence filed and decided to admit driving to prevent misleading the judge. Please ignore the evidence i am working on it. Thanks.

Don't say: '16 The driver did not acknowledge the signage' !

And this is the wrong statement of truth (Google the new April 2020 version but it IS already in the NEWBIES thred stated very clearly not to use this old statement):
I believe that the facts stated in this Witness Statement are true
