I'm torn on this issue.
On the one hand you give the distinct impression of being a complete basket case who is destined to a life of benefit dependency -- because you're high on excuses and low on action.
However, I do have in mind one proper/job that you do from home and which could prove to be very satisfying. If you're interested in my legitimate job/career suggestion, drop me a PM and I'll share it with you.
What is the job and why can't you say it "out loud"?
Graham, thanks but I am one of the lucky ones- I turn 21 in march and somehow I have a trust fund so I don't intend to be in this position for long, really I wanted to know the general opinion of people, but we've deviated into is Rhi mad, lazy, or just a bit thick :rotfl:This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.0 -
This link is roughly where the OP is, but she's not here, but close by.

One of the things about places near where tourists go is: work is very seasonal and because it's based around holiday times, it tends to be that students living close by get the work first. Because they are students. Because they are close by. Businesses in these areas like to call people people in at the drop of a hat - and equally - to tell them "well, you may as well go home as the weather's bad/nobody's coming"
You don't get "proper businesses" like you do in towns/cities. Mainly husband/wife open some of the time, taking on students on in peak periods. There aren't even any shops where the OP lives.

no I havn't been there but I live in a village myself but not as remote, but although I do sympathise with TD on the transport front there is still a lot of yeah but no but and a picky attitude which put peoples back up, TD could always pay for driving lessons and im sure her parents wouldnt mind helping her out either, I think its the least they can do seeing they have limited her options by not making sure she has a better standard of education or grooming her for the big bad worldThis is my opinion. And?! Just because you have a trust fund waiting it doesnt mean you have the right to sit backside waiting until your 21 before you do anything, all the time taking my money to live on.
You have that right when you are totally self sufficent and are not taking our money to live on.
Forget the trust fund. Your relying on others, again, to keep you. It's wrong, the trust fund could help you, sure, but get a grip and help yourself, seriously. Why wait for this and spend 1 year of your life not helping yourself and taking from us? It's all there. You can sit at home, you have all week to enter competitions, fill in surveys. £1000 would be there in no time. If I had all your time, and no money, I bet I could turn my spare time into 1k within 3 months, and probably more. It's all there, right in front of you, just on this website. How on earth am I supposed to pay for driving lessons?! 45 quid a week is what they pay me. As for my parents, no they couldn't help out, my mum is on minimum wage, my dad is self employed and on worse.
Did I waste my time typing all that post above out then? or even the paragraph right aove this quote?
This is harsh, but you have told us why you can't go to work. We tell you how to go about it, and you come up with a feeble trust fund, motorcycle accident rates and 'how can I' when we have already told you.
It's obvious you don't want to help yourself, so I'll stop wasting my time on you now.0 -

Yes. I do.
Although I went down an entirely different route to what's to be found on this site and it took a bit longer as I went down the "build a website, register a domain" route. But I was working full-time when I did that so limited time to do it.0 -
if your paarents are both on minimum wage or worse can i ask why the hell they thought it a good idea to home educate you?If i upset you don't stress, never forget that god aint finished with me yet.0
