This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.0 -

The earliest bus gets there at 10.30. The last bus home leaves at 4pm.[/quote
The agency I worked for had a minibus for people who didn't drive:rolleyes:Friendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings

You can ride a bike can't you? Postmen ride bikes aswell! Sorting mail doesn't involve driving:rolleyes:This is my opinion. Lovely place.....lucky you for all that amazing scenery. I know how remote it is though. Mainly seasonal work I guess. Public transport around there is non existent so I can see the problems your facingFriendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings

Have you thought of care work? I know my aunty worked in a care home when she moved to Wales as she was in the same position as you.
The pay isn't great but you could maybe save to pay for driving lessons and then move onto something betterFriendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings

Turkish, have you thought of working away in a hotel or holiday complex where they provide staff accommodation? Your local Jobcentre should have vacancies for this type of work and help you apply for them. (that's what they get paid for.)
Also is there a library where you live that you could go and scour the newspapers for job vacancies.
Keep your chin up I'm sure you'll find something if you keep trying.0 -

The pay isn't great but you could maybe save to pay for driving lessons and then move onto something betterHonestly, I know that a lot of people on this thread have asked if I am willing to do anything, and I really am. My work experience was in a kitchen, and I hated it- it was loud, smelly, repetitive, I had to get up at a ungodly hour (my mum is friends with the kitchen manager so I got a lift), and I had to deal with rude kids. I am a vegetarian and I would come home reeking of bacon and sausages- it was really demoralising, (not to mention exhausting) but if they offered me a job that I could actually get to I would jump at the chance. I wish it was a case of being picky.

Keep your chin up I'm sure you'll find something if you keep trying.a previous poster pointed me towards a company that I think is a bit like that. I know it sounds stupid, but I had never really thought about it before, and the jobcentre staff didn't mention it, so it just never came up! It's a bit of a daunting thought, but I will try to find stuff I think
