We submitted a week ago, and now they have declined unless we send more documents and proof about debts, we’ve basically sent them every single detail we possibly can 😞0

It seems each time they ask for something, we send it then it’s still not good enough and they ask for something else!0

Our broker said it was officially submitted on the 3rd September and apparently it was underwritten on the 12th September.alanastill12 said:We are the same, broker collected all docs then submitted to vida. how long from submitting was yours underwritten? we submitted this week but can't find anywhere for timescales!0 -
Without asking for too much info, is it for current debt or ones that have been paid off? Ours are paid off and they asked for just a written explanation as to why we had bad credit.Joleen23 said:We submitted a week ago, and now they have declined unless we send more documents and proof about debts, we’ve basically sent them every single detail we possibly can 😞0 -
yeah they basically said the same to us but i still have one on there - again havent been approved or not but the broker and business manager are close and said it would be fine and we got a DIP too0

Yeah our broker said it had been underwritten and signed off but waiting for a valuation but I think after the valuation they go back and have a look at things again and may ask for other docs before providing offer....I don’t know why it’s taking so long for us to get a valuation booked in, surely it’s just a date? There are timescales on their website. Initial underwriting is currently 4 days apparently0

Where did you find that? The updated website seems a nightmare to navigate!bell2020 said:There are timescales on their website. Initial underwriting is currently 4 days apparently
In other news, had a message from the broker saying case updated and decision expected today. I’ve got everything crossed 🤞0 -
Oh fantastic so 3 days since you left valuation? Let us know! Fingers crossed for you. Our valuation is booked in for Monday and apparently they asked for another proof of address for my partner as a branch printed bank statement wasn’t enough.... so we’ve sent her drivers license across.periwinkleperkins said:
