jmilne said:Ok another quick update, I’ve had my mortgage broker chase Vida today and our case was fully underwritten on Saturday just gone and they are waiting for a valuation date to be booked in. They’ve asked for another payslip and an explanation as to why I’ve had bad credit in past but think we’re finally getting somewhere....0

Heard that our valuation went ok today... will keep everyone posted on how long it takes to get to an offer.3

Hi, has anyone had a lot of stress like me with Vida? They just keep asking for more and more proof/documents. Is this a good or bad sign?
each time I send them what they request, they come back wanting more. This is so stressful, I’ve already had a DIP I’ve sold my house, been accepted on another but feel I’ll never get a mortgage offer at this rate! Any help/advice would be much appreciated. There doesn’t seem to be many forums on Vida. 😞0 -

Still waiting to hear back from broker on when Vida will review the valuation and then hopefully an offer. Time is on our side as new build won’t be complete until end of October but would still prefer an offer sooner rather than later 😉MortgageWonders said:Did you hear more?0
