NS&I Website
Is anyone else having issues getting on the NS&I web site, first of all there was a 15 min queue, then when I tried to log in, it said there might be an issue and to call them.
When I called, there is a 30 min wait.
Is this normal for them, I have not used them before, just opened an account and wanted to transfer some funds.

For the first time in more than a decade, I had to queue today when trying to log into the NS&I website. The Q time was less than a minute. I could make the deposit I was logging in for, and check my other accounts whilst I was there. No problems.
May be try again later tonight, when things might be a bit quieter.0 -
Same as op. In the queue again to view the message I had an e-mail about this morning.

If you get the error message just keep clicking log in, you will eventually get there.

NS&I systems are currently down they suggest you try again tomorrow0

It’s still has issues. Twitter says the have cueing issues and also logging in issues. Some customers getting error messages when trying to log in.
i cant log in so will have to see if they can fix it tomorrow0
