This seems to be a new thing on a number of websites, I guess it prevents the site crashing because of too many users at once?
I got this on the B&Q site recently, but seriously do you think I will wait 15 minutes to look up items with one retailer if I can go straight onto their rival’s website? You lost the sale, B&Q!0 -
I've also had to queue to login today, very annoying, took about 15 minutes to be able to login, at one stage nearly 3000 people were ahead of me in the queue.Does anyone know why this is still ongoing?0

But why are so many people trying to login? I've logged in at the start of the month before with no queues. Are there too many people at home with nothing to do so they are checking their money?

A few years ago Ulster Bank offered a market leading rate and as a result was inundated and many on this site had terrible problems.
More recently Virgin Money's 2% current account appears not to coping well with high volumes.
