These wallies are still not answering their phones even after leaving the phone on speaker phone for a 2 hours then it cut off and you have to start all over again having to hear their long winding recordered messages.

I'm finding your comments rather rude, sorry. Please have some understanding that those that are working for DWP have been working extremely hard while millions of people try to claim a benefit to get them through the most difficult of times.
I think you do need to sit down, take a deep breath and start again. Please have some consideration for others because they are doing their best!

And in the mean time I sit here with no money coming in

That attitude doesn't really help you though. Why don't you have money coming in? did your benefits stop or have you recently applied and are waiting a decision on a claim?

Or send a letter signed for delivery, that's what I'm going to have to do to sign off in a week or two, not sitting clutching a phone for hours.

Totally pointless sending a letter signed for because all mail going to DWP has to go through a mail sorting process and sighed for delivery is exactly the same. It can still take 10 working days for it to be added to the computer and it's signed for by someone from Royal Mail and not DWP so once it's signed it doesn't mean it's arrived with DWP.

In one of your previous threads  you was asking about claiming benefits with class 3 NI credits. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6124156/unemployment-benefit#latest Does it have something to do with this, why you need to speak to them so urgently?

What is it you need to speak to them about so urgently? Perhaps we could help if you advise?

Unfortunately you are not the only person to exist to perhaps want to speak to them and with reduced staffing and working from home going on maybe you need to show more empathy.
Yes I agree but they should answer eventually even after a long wait

No that was a totally different matter now sorted this is to do with I registered unemployed on 19th May when I knew all my contributions were up to date and heard nothing more except a letter a few days ago (possibly a mistake) quoting a date in 2018 and for employment & support allowance  saying I could not get it as I did'nt have enough conts., for the years quoted at the time that was correct but not now.
I now think as they have obviously mistakenly sent this letter they wont do anythihing about my claim for jobseekers.

OK so you applied for New style ESA or JSA? If you had a letter dated 19th May stating you weren't entitled because you hadn't paid the correct NI contributions. What makes you think you're entitled to it now as it's only be a few weeks since you received the letter.
Have you looked into applying for Universal Credit? Savings/capital of £16,000 or more will exclude you from claiming. Have you used a benefits calculator to check entitlement?

You can make a complaint here https://makeacomplaint.dwp.gov.uk/
Report a change details here but pretty much same as above https://www.gov.uk/jobseekers-allowance/report-a-change-of-circumstances
Your's, a numpty that can't answer the telephone as I am working from home without telephony.

That does not give a email address - would you please advise me of one?

I think if you read the final sentence (that I've put in bold), you'll realise that you're unlikely to get an email address - even if the poster knows one.

DWP wouldn't want loads of Emails from a numptie !
