Morning all
I managed a lie in this morning and I’m still sitting round in my pjs drinking tea! Windy and damp outside so inside jobs will have to be the order of the the day.
I managed to change the bedding and clean the bathroom yesterday after work so that’s a couple of jobs off the list. DH is on duty this weekend so he is likely to have to work. I’m still feeling tired after a hard week so I am going to take things fairly easy today and see how I get on.
Hugs, GWS vibes etc etc to all x7 -

Happy Birthday Twinkle
piggers my school has put life skills (shoelaces I hope) as part of our home learning. So we get lots of pictures of baking!
Lots of rain so garden won't need watering. WM x 2 TD x 1

Good afternoon
Happy Birthday Twinkle!
Hugs to Natty, I hope Dave is improving.
It has been blowing a gale all morning, and a few light showers, nothing much though. I have been to the allotment and come home with our first broad beans and mangetout. I’m not going to feed a crowd on them, but it is nice to pick rather than weed.
DH is now at home for 3 weeks, and not working. This could be an interesting test. His idea of having a list of jobs is somewhat different to mine. At least the DR is now back to a DR and not his home office for a short while.I am faffing and procrastinating - must decide what to do for the afternoon.7 -
Tea towel holder has switched cupboards. CDs have been dusted, sorted and placed in holder - in alphabetical order of course
There must be some CDs lurking elsewhere as I know I have an Andrea Boccelli - but it wasn't in that pile. I did find three Olly Muirs and two Russell Watson CDs that I'd forgotten I had. It's great having my memory - finding forgotten treasures is like receiving gifts
I have an empty CD case and a CD without a case but they do not belong together. I suspect that DS's Now 78 case has my Cher CD in it. He has been tasked with finding it and checking!
We are having more than a little rain here - it keeps siling down and blowing a hoolie. But my Californian poppies were holding out the last time I looked.

Hi all
Found a parcel belonging to DS2 that he should have returned by 29 April. Booked a Hermes delivery and sent it back with a note saying we were shielding. Will he get his money back do you think? Wondering if I might have been better putting the sweatshirt on Ebay. Oh well its too late now.
Kitchen blitzed, its the main room we use in the house and it was grubby. Need a new sofa, bits of "leather" starting to flake off it but will have to save for that. DH and DS1 at work. Zoom meeting done with the charity that I volunteer for.
Feel like curling up on the sofa with my book, horrible outside. Apparently DS and DH are going fishing tomorrow so I am going to be on my own most of the weekend. Not sure if I mind or not!8 -

What a lovely photo.OH has just taken my photo for my new driving license, as I have changed address, I am shocked at how old I look, hair needs cutting, eyebrows all over the place, lines all over my face, I need a serious tidy up, and never thought I would say this but botox as well, at least there were no grey hairs!Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles
