6-digit mobile App PIN:___entered successfully.

username & password:___ entered successfully

Then I get the message “Great! login successful... Please enter your PIN”....but it just shows a blank screen with no facility to enter the PIN.

That’s as far as it gets. If I remember correctly that was an issue when the App was first introduced.

This bleedin’ App does my head in,....I’ve used it since its inception and every time I  login I hold my breath;...it’s seems to be 50/50 whether the logon proceeds without an issue. Last login was about 11 days ago.

Anyone else having similar problems with the mobile App today?

no probs here, although I enter with FaceID.

Do you have the latest version of the app? May be try re-installing?

App working OK for me using Android phone and fingerprint login.

Thanks for the replies;...tried for 2hrs earlier today,...two different accounts,...2 different iPhones,...neither account was accessible.

However, both phones logging in now;...the 6-digit PIN takes me immediately through to ‘building dashboard’ etc as per normal.

I needed to access the accounts quickly this morning but wasn’t able to do so;...not the first time either.

From day one I’ve found this App to be frustratingly unreliable on far too many occasions.
