nope, working fine for me and yes the everyday saver v1 is reducing from 1.6% to 1.35% on 1st June. What issues are you having?2

I'll try resetting app. Thanks for replies.Nuggy96 said:nope, working fine for me and yes the everyday saver v1 is reducing from 1.6% to 1.35% on 1st June. What issues are you having?0 -
Did I miss any further drops or is this still 1.35 for now? Seems oddly generous

Issue 1 rate dropping again to 1.15% from 21st August.
Not surprising, and still very competitive for an easy-access account in the current climate.1 -
Just out of interest how are people coping with the new account application process for existing customers via the app.
They do have some high paying fixed rate ISAs at present. Anyone tried doing an isa transfer recently with them - does it take long.

I applied online, which resulted in them sending me the pre-filled application forms by post, to be returned once signed. The covering letter said my ISA is open but I cannot see it online or in the app. I want to fund it with an ISA which matures in about a week from now, so I can't yet say whether it worked or not.margaretx9 said:Just out of interest how are people coping with the new account application process for existing customers via the app.

I know you can apply online using the scan process using the app.
I presume you went for the 1.2% 1 year or 1.4% 2 year fixed term ISA - which don't apparently appear to allow any withdrawals even with say 90 or 180 days loss of interest?
Did they send you an ISA transfer application form with the signed forms in the post to complete? Their expected profit rates are good - but their admin can be a bit hit and miss. I just don't want funds going walkabout during the transfer from my existing provider and then having to spend ages sorting it out on the phone with them. Dealing with a Nationwide ISA transfer has been hard enough recently!
I could perhaps pop into a branch as I am close to one?
