    Wow,
    good one hypno!
You really 'fessed up' which is what I'm working up to!!
I am also working up to £20 K for 2008.. not quit got my head around it Yet!!
Thought I was there then faltered at how long it will take with 8p per day for click throughs!!
I guess 'every little helps' ... but... it will take much more than a little!!

lil_me - flylady is what I aspire to, have tried it a number of times but so far have failed dismally each time! I will have another go at it starting from tomorrow - I promise.....look out for me on OS!!

Numpty - even worse, I was singing along to Bananarama in the car on the way home today :o

Pippo, over the last few weeks I have let the little things pass on by, like daily clicks and matched betting etc on the basis that they won't make much difference and I have bigger things that need doing. However, I know that this is not the attitude and that it is these little extras that can make a great big huge difference. I need to get posting on the "what small DFW thing..." thread again - got right out of that habit too.

    So, fresh start all round!!

Liking the new diary Hypno, you've made me feel much less defeatist about my parent's debts too. Theirs is £59,536.83 so there's a few of us. If you can do £20k in a year, I'm sure I can do £10k :)

    Good luck!

  • I am so looking forward to 2008, just thinking about how much we as dfw's want to achieve, it's a real challenge and I'm just happy we have each other for support.

I'm glad you don't have to worry about saving to take your kids ski'ing, I'm sure they will have a blast.

Just wanted to leave a little message for you and will be reading about your progress.

I feel as though I'm getting nowhere with the housework challenge, although I spent yesterday gutting our room and changing bed covers, I'm really looking forward to clearing the corner of our bedroom to put the cot, we are putting up a few shelves and pictures, it will be our nursery corner, I have a mental picture of what I want it to look like, plus we need to put another pole in our son's closet for the babies clothes, oohhh I'm just so excited, can you tell :rotfl:

Pippo, I won't be doing Jan 1st resolutions - having done the big reveal on Dec 1st, I think this will do!!

Gemmzie - you *know* it can be done! Although without this board it would certainly be a whole lot more difficult!

Laura - keep going with the housework - get that corner done next and enjoy the feeling of satisfaction it will give you!
