Hypno, I've got to do the cards today too. Challenge?
Christmas frenzy here. DDs1&1 are in the kitchen making mincemeat while DD3 is making Christmas decorations out of Knex. I'll put some carols on and get out the cards. How I wish I'd sold myself some stamps when I was at the PO yesterday - the queue will be out the door today!Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -

Ooh yes, a challenge is on. I have got to go to the post office as well today as OH has left something so late to send to his brother that he now needs it to go Guaranteed Next Day  I am not impressed.........
A friend made me some mincemeat a couple of weeks ago - I have not yet decided what I can do with it, given that I am on a major storecupbord challenge.......I do have some rock hard scones in the freezer that didn't rise as they should, so I could do a sort of mincemeat cobbler with lots of custard
Don't know if anyone is watching, but BBC Breakfast is highlighting how banks are encouraging people to get further into debt instead of working with CCCS etc...Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. I hate mincemeat personally but plan to use the homemade stuff inside baked apples for a festive-smelling pudding.
Otherwise... mince pies always come in handy this time of year.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -
Oooh, mincemeat cobbler sounds delicious! I love mincemeat and I love cobbler and I love custard - how can you go wrong?
I've got cards to do as well today; not sure how as i've had them on my list to do every day for weeks! Have done some but still seems loads to do and I get bored writing the same thing over and over. And next year I will have another name to add - lucky it's going to be a short one!0 -
