KC, that sounds like a fab day......if only!

El - hello!! Hope you are well x

I am currently on hold to the leccy people - we have a bill today and we are in credit....yes, CREDIT......by £215!!!

So, I am asking to have it back - better to be in my debt repayment pot than in their hands!!

In fact, as I type, they have said it will be in the bank by the end of next week!! Woo hoo!!

We are due a "reassessment" of our monthly payment shortly, so hopefully it will go down by a few pounds. We currently pay £149 a month for gas and electricity so to reduce it by anything at all will be very welcome!

Afternoon everyone hope you are all ok?

Fab news on the credit on the electric. With that much credit should bring your monthly payments down a nice bit too.

Electric! Matched betting! Excellent. I've posted accounts (£2.35), got French tape from library (£2), and cauli cheese from the local shop is doing in the oven (99p) - well, its better than a chocolate bar, I reasoned! The day is now my own! Actually, I'm going to list the m.b.s I've done, to make sure I've done the qualifier for the last freebie, then do a few lightspeed, if they'll have me. Nice and easy.

  • And I presume the credit is for when you were working from home? So that would mean your bills should reduce even more now you are working full time and not actually in the house during the day at all?

Nice to be in credit for a change with these things and not behind so some good news there.
