Great news about the leccy rebate - hopefully they'll reduce your monthly a bit too.
Great as well that the kids have been having such a great time - makes it all worthwhile.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!0 -
I have to admit to being slightly jealous with all this talk of lightspeed surveys... I have only had 1 since I joined which was about a month ago... And all my profile is completed.
Oh well I keep looking out for them. Well done to those who got them.
Hope work is not too hectic Hypno.0 -
Hi KM - there have been very few surveys from Lightspeed in the last month - in fact I didn;t have any for 4 weeks then have had 4 in the last week. Don;t think they were working over Christmas and New Year - they are a good one though - I had £15 Burtons vouchers before Christmas and they came within 3 days plus a £5 HMV e-voucher.
Hi Hypno - hope your day has been relaxing.0 -
Just been doing - trying to do - loads of surveys while Harry Potter was on in the background. No idea how many I actually completed - maybe 3?? - but there were literally dozens in the inbox. Ah well, for some of them, even when you get screened out there's the "thanks for trying" thing. I wonder if anyone's won at those? In the meantime, hypno must still be at the bar, aching feet and all. Hope its going okay.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Back home from the bar - aching feet and all....but it is worth it, I have my payslip (although not being paid for another week or so) and after tax etc I get £175 this month, which is a useful amount to pay off a debt when I receive it.
It is tiring doing the extra now I am working full time, but the extra money will come in so so handy!
Sausages (hmmm, not too healthy) are sizzling in a pan, so dinner will be yummy when it is done, and OH getting a few hours in his second job too, so all good money making activity going on in the hypno household!

Well done hypno on sorting Orange out and the electric..surely it should come down quite a bit now..Which survey sites do you recommend doing as a couple of them I used to get quite a way through and then they would say it didn't suit my profile!!!!..though I'd answered loads of questions then...can't remember which one it was..the only one I'm doing at the moment is yougov so could do with some more.0

Hi taxi! Hope you are having a good weekend!
Re the surveys, it has been so hit and miss recently - I do lightspeed and toluna, but often get part way and then get rejected. OH does both these as well and we never seem to get the same surveys or rejected for the same reason etc!!!
I have just updated the spreadsheets, having got payslips for this month for some of our income, and I am scarily optimistic - I have done spreadsheets for feb, march and april and I can remain solvent for the next three months!!! How cool is that!!
Of course, that is bound to mean that something nasty and unexpected is heading my way, but for now I will stick with "scarily optomistic"!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
