@Potbellypig yeah if the hard searches show the full application has gone in. Their AIPs are only a soft search. Exciting! Good luck xx

@Debtfreestudentnurse how quickly did the searches show up on your credit file? I feel like I'm constantly refreshing my Experian between patients 😂😂 have you heard anything?

Immediately, weirdly no search alerts from the biggies, Experian/Equifax, but I was alerted by credit karma. Maybe sign up and see if it’s shows there, it’s free. 

Nothing to update our end, been told that they are waiting to be allocated an underwriter and for the valuation to be instructed x

Apparently done before they make an offer anyway, and is not an indication of whether an offer will be made

Hard searches have come up on my Experian today 😬😬😬 so so so scared it's unreal

I was told by Halifax that they will only instruct valuation if happy, but the last is just to make sure all is okay unless goes for audit

Still nothing to update here. My valuation fee was taken at the point of application so can’t go off that either, the wait is killing me. I literally can’t cope lol 😂

Halifax does multiple searches. I don't know why. We had 8 hard searches in March and got offer in April. We are completing today.

I can't cope either I've not slept properly in days 😂

Ohhh okay so if it goes to valuation hopefully that's a positive
