Hi, thanks for the refund, would just like to say I still haven't received the candle so presume it's been lost in the post.

Hello GoodFairy its been a while.

I got my candles the week before christmas I was very happy they were the biscuit set and looked very realistic.

However the day they arrived, I got that awful winter sickness bug and couldn't have any smells near me or I would be ill.

I needed to buy a burner, and bought one at a body shop party i went to. I was very excited but had to wait 6 days for it to arrive.

6 days later...the woman sent the wrong one I was very sad.

8 weeks later :eek: I was still waiting for the replacement. So I called the woman with my Mrs Angryhead on :mad: and said she could stick the burner and send me a refund (i was a bit nicer than that!).

So I ordered one off ebay. I lost out on 2 auctions, and finally got one for a bargainous £3. :T hurrah...

...til it arrived in the post in no less than 100 little pieces it had completely shattered in transit.

Was someone trying to tell me I shouldn't have a burner for the good fairy tarts?!

Anyway, purchased one in Au Naturel for £2 the other day :T:D yipee!!!!!!!!!!

So finally.... I got to burn my good fairy candles! and they were delicious!!! yum yum! only broke a tiny bit off the custard cream and its lasted ages.

Now my tealights have ran out but looking forward to ordering some more candles from you

[PS- Im hoping the burner doesnt burn the house down, judging by previous luck with burners, anything is possible!!)

Dear Mods, please will you delete this thread? I'm fed up with defending myself to people who accuse me of advertising here. I've made a lot of friends on this forum and I don't want to leave or have to get a new username. It's getting me down that people think I am advertising when for a long time all I have done is reply to peoples queries on here. I'd rather this thread was gone and then I can just be a normal user and never mention the candles. I am very grateful to anyone who has made an order on the strength of this thread but I'll take my chances on my existing customer base.

I don't know if I can request a thread is closed when I didn't start it, I'll PM Nikki and see if she can request it for me. But please if possible delete it for me.

Where did that all come from! It has been ages since anyone accused you of advertising your own business, which is in my opinion, what has been going on. Which was fine for you when all the messages were good, but as soon as people start complaining about bad customer service, you want the thread pulled. I can't say I blame you. I would want the same if my business was suffering, but don't blame it on other people.
The truth of the matter is your business has obviously spirralled out of your control, which is good for you, but not for your customers.
I would have been satisfied with a message informing me that my candle wouldn't be delivered. I am pretty sure there is a law about 28 days delivery service.
This site is A MONEYSAVING SITE, which is all about good customer service, value for money etc. It is not a site which just discusses candles, now matter how nice they are.
By the way I wanted to reorder a candle, but after seeing the price hike I thought better of it.
We are all here to save money not waste it!!!

The same could be said for you density who was obviously ok with the GF advertising here until you were unahppy with your product!
And as for where did it come from have you ever thought people could be pm'ing Sarah or reporting her???

I for one am very glad your site got posted Sarah its fab stuff and I will be sad to see this thread go but glad you will be sticking around as a user.
I have been very pleased with my orders as have people I have reccomended you too the only thing i would reccomend is as suggested before you post on your home page that due to the uniqueness of your product it may take 28 days for delivery then peopl can not moan at you when its late!

Just remember, don't buy a new burner from a body shop woman nor ebay. You WILL suffer the same fate my first two did! (Au Naturel had cheap and cheerful ones).

Sarah - I'm sad about your post, but don't stop being a MSEr. Not everyone on here are Mr/Mrs GrumpyPants (some of us are Oil Burner Assasins!:D) chin up luvvy!
